Spanish chefs are considered among the best in the world. I want you to watch one of the two videos below and discuss en español if you would eat the food of one of the highlighted chefs. Ferrán Adría was the owner and head chef at El Bulli. This restaurant was considered the best in the world for almost a decade. It actually had a waiting list that was decades long! José Andrés was one of the first chefs that Adría trained. As you will see, Andrés is now here in the US and introducing the rest of us to a concept called molecular gastronomy.
